Folk Musicians Gather for a Good Cause
On Sunday, February 26 at 3 p.m., the Dietrich Theater in downtown
Tunkhannock will be filled with music as Lorne Clarke and Friends present a
folk music extravaganza. Conceptualized and organized by the Dietrich’s long-
standing friend Lorne Clarke, this benefit concert will help pay for the
reconstruction of the theater after the Susquehanna overflowed its banks in
September 2011, and caused great damage to all four of the Dietrich’s
auditoriums, both of its art studios and the heating and cooling system.
Admission to this concert is by donation and all are welcome to attend.
Performers in addition to Lorne will be Tom Flannery, KJ Wagner, and Michael
Jerling, all of who have performed at past Gathering of Singers and Songwriters
concerts at the Dietrich.
